Appropriate Attire At The Cape Club
Golf Course / Practice Facilities
Appropriate golf attire is required for all players and their Guests on the golf course and practice facilities, as follows:
Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, mock neck shirts, slacks or golf shorts are considered appropriate attire.
Tank tops, t-shirts*, mesh tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, blue jeans, jean shorts, slides, flip flops, bathing suits, athletic shorts are not permitted in the golf areas. Men’s hats are to be worn facing forward.
*Only Tee-shirts with the Cape Club logo are permited.
Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, skrots, and blouses are considered appropriate attire.
Halter tops, t-shirts*, mesh tops, bathing suits, sweatpants, blue jeans, athletic shorts, or cut-offs are not permitted in the golf areas.
*Only Tee-shirts with the Cape Club logo are permited.
This dress code applies to all ages of children as well.
All golfers shall wear golf shoes. Soft spikes are permitted but metal spikes are NOT.
This dress code is mandatory for all players and their Guests. Improperly dressed golfers will be asked to change before playing. Members are always responsible for their Guests while on property.
Restaurant
Appropriate attire is required for all Members and their Guests in the restaurant, as follows:
Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks or golf shorts are considered appropriate attire.
Tank tops, mesh tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, jean shorts, cargo shorts, athletic shorts, flip flops, slides, sandals, or bathing suits are not permitted inside the restaurant. Hats and caps are to be removed while inside the restaurant.
Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, skorts, and blouses are considered appropriate attire.
Halter tops, mesh tops, bathing suits, sweatpants, flip flops, or cut-offs are not permitted in the restaurant.
Appropriate denim and golf apparel are permitted in the restaurant for men and women.
